Las Puertas (LP) did it again. As a way to introduce additional business to compensate for customer shortages caused by the pandemic, restaurateur Victor Parra Gonzalez presented the La Bodega project with his proposal.
This “bodega” move is intended to help the warehouse help individuals who are looking for gourmet alternatives in supermarkets and corner stores instead of the “usual suspects”. This refined food is available at affordable prices – a food that doesn’t need to have a special meal, as it can be added to the customer’s circulation when they arrive. And unlike many markets, because this food is whipped by a chef, there is always something new, delicious and different to look forward to.
The goal is to introduce a little at a time and show people how they can make better use of this product at home.
“The idea of the La Bodega project by LP is“ part of our recovery efforts from the devastating result of Covid-19 in the industry, ”he said. Parra Gonzalez. “We want to make sure we’re learning our tastes, but here’s to being present for our community – over the last few years we’ve seen things grow out of nothing in the Pan Point neighborhood and we couldn’t help ourselves this winter. go without development and produce something that can help. We hope to give you a little “enjoyment” even in the harshest economic climate we have ever experienced. “
Bodega is moving forward and offering groceries that can be picked up on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1pm to 6pm from October 21st. This is the start menu:
As for the drinks, Parra Gonzalez assured that there is also overseas: “We will make a selection of mysterious wines – $ 65 for 3 bottles of your choice, from the wine we tasted and loved. Also, oas well as ur cocktails are offered to go with the purchase of any groceries. ”
Seeing Parra Gonzalez and her team in this ever-changing kitchen space is so wonderful to be a part of. Hopefully this new clever formula will be a permanent product in LP.
A few friendly reminders from Las Puertas: The La Bodega Project places suggestions on our social media and also offers guests a QR code to use when visiting. Our first hours will be flexible in the hopes of prolonging the growth in demand. The items listed are based on the first service to pay for early arrival. We will take the roadside prevention in advance. Ensuring your safety and our security is also our top priority.
