HUNT Real Estate Corp. has officially opened its new headquarters on the second floor of the building. Brisbane’s historic building at 403 Main Street. HUNT Real Estate Corp. was previously located in the area 5400 Broadway Street in Lancaster.
New modern office building a Footprint of 10,000 square meters, the conditions are similar conference rooms, training hall, video and audio recording studio, sports facilities and a number of meeting places. All this abundant comfort allows it to be optimal and fluid group collaboration.
The building is Brisbane who belongs to the third generation of members of the Hunt family, moved the place to the company. It was a building the second location of the original HUNT Business Agency, named after Charles S.. Hunt founded in 1911. It was C. Stuart Hunt, son of Charles., which finally achieved this remarkable structure in 1988. At the time, the building had undergone extensive and difficult repairs over a number of years.
Back in 2012, HUNT Commercial Real Estate replaced spaces inside the building, before moving to the second floor. Now, the real estate business department and the mortgage department share those floors, which greatly enhances the HUNT profile inside the building and in downtown Buffalo.
Now the building belongs to a third-generation family member, Peter F. Hunt, Head and Director of the organization and Stephen N. Hunt, a member of the HUNT Commercial team.
“When the HUNT mortgage is completed, we will start a new era for our organization. HUNT Commercial occupies a neighboring space, our title agency, Network Title, is located on the seventh floor, and I also have an office there, ”said Peter Hunt, chairman and CEO of HUNT Real Estate Corp.

The Brisbane Building was built in 1895 by James Brisbane and James Mooney and has served as the home of many businesses that have recently been involved in courts, the City Hall, Erie County Offices and other important institutions.
The Brisbane building is now managed by HUNT Property Solutions.
