Severyn Development two two-family residences at 30 and 34 Horton Place in the Oxford neighborhood completed the triangle. Each house includes parking outside the street and covered and front porches. Severin plans to place several other completed projects in the western neighborhood of Maine Street near Canicius College.
On the first floor there is an open kitchen and an upstairs room, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a bathroom and a laundry room. The main bedroom, second house and full bathroom are located on the second level. One bedroom, one bathroom is located at the garden level of the house.
The devices at 30 Horton Place are already leased. The rent for the two-story 34 Horton unit is $ 2,100 and for the garden-level unit is $ 900.
Severin also plans to build a similar home on the southwest corner of Harvard Place and Lafayette Avenue, as well as 219 similar homes on Oxford Avenue. Heading east at 1016 Lafayette, the developer is building a two-family home and a shipping house. Across the street, four-story residential buildings are offered on two vacant lots adjacent to 1017 and 1021 Lafayette. The structures consist of two, front and back, two-storey, each with two rooms and two one-room houses.
