At a time when most restaurants are trying to figure out what else to look for, there are some holidaymakers out there looking to expand. One of these restaurants is Fat Bob’s, which has decided to take its original sikhkabob to Southowns. Fat Bob’s is together The 42 North Brewing East Aurora Company, to improve the brewery and fill the bellies of beer fans from all over the region.
According to 42 Founder North, John Kimperman, “Fat Bob’s is the perfect partner for beer. Their menu is not only a perfect addition to the craft of beer, but they share our values and culture. ”
Patrick Ryan, owner of Fat Bob, added: “We’ve had a lot of success in beer-pop events over the last few months. This success has given us the confidence to move forward as full-time partners with the brewery. ”
The power and beer plant will be closed Tuesday through Sunday, serving home-cooked treats such as smoked pork, smoked beef breast and Mac ‘n’ award-winning cheese.
For more than 20 years, the center has been in Allentown and now with two food trucks on the road, Fat Bob’s knows a great opportunity when it comes to seeing it. And what better opportunity to group a local solid beer team that is already well-known in the industry?
A creative partnership to help both sides overcome these crazy times.
Moving forward, beer and BBQ fans can expect to find plenty of bspecialties, as well as online ordering and roadside shipping. Typically, brewing adheres to all social perspective mandates and currently undergoes NYS COVID procedures. To view the menu and compile it online, go to www.42northbrewing.com.
