The five-story mixed-use project fills the southeast corner of Hertel and Parkside avenues well. The building on the first floor includes retail space, upstairs apartments and underground parking for 26 cars. It replaces the gas station that was previously there.
The size of 34 apartments will range from 500 to 1,055 square meters. They include a disabled access unit, a partially green roof that tenants, a bicycle barn and a dog wash area at the parking level can enjoy. Two restaurants and a boutique shop are expected to be located on the first floor. A mixture of brick, stone and metal is placed on the porch.
John Daley, chief executive and architect of Trautman Associates, and director of LLC O’Dalaigh Real Estate and his wife Ruthan are behind the $ 7 million project. Trautmann Associates is the project architect.
