Construction: Larkin Projects in Seneca

Larkin Development Group owns three high-end filler buildings on Seneca Street. They are built on the eastern parts of Larkin Square and are all built by Schneider Architectural Services.

The largest, Mill Race Commons, will be built on the southeast corner of Seneca and Hydraulic Streets. Brick work is underway on a five-story building that will include 70 apartments and 14,500 square feet of commercial space.

Two additional buildings continue at 864-872 Seneca Street, located west of Smith Street. 872 Seneca covers 8,000 square meters. anchor space by Paula Donuts and rooms on the second floor. 864 Seneca will have a first floor retail and apartments on top of it.
