One of the city’s most iconic buildings in the Larkino district is nearing completion. Mill Race Commons of Larkin Development Group will be built on the southeast corner of Seneca and Hydraulic Streets, east of Larkin Square. The five-story building, designed by Schneider Architectural Services, includes 70 apartments and 14,500 square feet of retail space.
The apartments consist of a studio, one and two bedrooms. Accommodation options include local parking, an outdoor pool, fire pits, a barbecue, a rooftop, fitness, a dog park and bike storage. All rooms include laundry and dryers and washbasins.
On the side of Hydraulic Street, a one-story wing has been built that connects to the second phase, which likely includes an administrative building.
