Host Michelle Merlo once again went behind bars at Toutant to create a tea infusion and shared one of her favorite cocktail recipes, the Smoking Jacket. At the center of this libation is the delicate smoke of Lapsang souchong, a tea made by smoking the leaves of Chinese black tea over cypress or pine wood. The recipe can also use Seedlip Grove 42, which is a mixture of citrus to the front, oranges and spices from the line of alcoholic beverages.
