With the paint barely dries Network, Cedarland Development Group plans his next project near the medical campus. Cedarland offers a 27-story three-story apartment building built two blocks away on the northeast corner of Michigan Avenue and Best Street. The developer is looking to purchase vacant lots numbered 160, 162, 164 Best and 1145 Michigan (red on the map below) from City to build a $ 4 million project called Campus Place. Kitty-corner site project of two buildings approved for the site of Hoji Village and north of the City School of Honor. The Buffalo News showed the above figures.

The developer plans to use his property to build a residential complex consisting of twenty-five (25) apartments at market prices and two (2) affordable apartments with an average income of 60%. 50 parking spaces will also be included for residents to use (“Project”). The developer currently retains ownership of the plots adjacent to the city plots and must acquire the city plots to start the project.
Cedarland has vacant lots located at 166 Best and 168 Best (top blue). Valuation determines the purchase price.
