Life Storage, located in Williamsville, offers a three-story home on 400 Kenmore Avenue. It will be located on an area of 4.55 hectares. Life Storage five years ago transformed the former Budwey supermarket into a self-service complex. The facility will be built to the east of the existing building in the parking lot of the former supermarket. Previous construction plans seven one-story storage buildings in the parking lot were rejected by the city.
Construction of the 28,000-square-foot, 38-foot high-rise building will be completed in one phase. Parking is provided for 21 cars.
The planning council will consider the project at its Monday meeting.
