Bryant College and Stratton will move their campus to Elm Oak Valley. The college occupies 23,000 square feet, or about half of the space available on 110 Broadway. Ellicott Development bought the building a year ago from Upstate New York Transplant Services for $ 3 million.
The college runs from Lafayette Court Building at 465 Main Street, where it has been located since 1998. The new venue is expected to open next month and will house an open floor plan that will house about 400 students in 14 classrooms and two medical laboratories.
Bryant and Stratton founded in 1854, it has the towns of Amherst, Orchard Park, Rochester, Syracuse, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. The Buffalo Campus consists of 17 different educational programs ranging from diploma level to bachelor’s degree.
On two floors, 51,500 square feet. the building at 110 Broadway was originally a Sealtest warehouse. It was renovated in the early 1980s by Uniland Development as part of the Buffalo Technology Township Project.
